THICKNESS MATTERS
Size does matter, it’s all about the thickness. My Pizza Steel is 1/4″ thick, while most other pizza steels in Canada are only 1/8″ thick. Our size steel retains heat longer allowing you to launch one pizza after another. The 3/8″ Thick version will retain heat even longer.
